Dr. Nitin Shankar Nagrale is a globally recognized leader in hospitality procurement and supply chain management, with over 30 years of distinguished experience across the hospitality, aviation, and service sectors. Founder & General Secretary of HPMF — the first-of-its-kind platform representing 7,000+ members across India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, and the Middle East.
Career spans senior roles at The Taj Mahal Palace & Towers, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and The Chedi Mumbai. Represented India, Bangladesh, and Nepal at the Starwood Hotels Purchasing Council; contributed to the opening of Sofitel Bangkok and Sofitel Bali.
Holds an Honorary Doctorate in Supply Chain Management (National American University, 2019) and is the first professional worldwide to earn the Certified Hotel Purchase Manager (CHPM) certification from AHLEI.
